The Finance Department is responsible for reviewing invoices and vouchers on a daily basis, reviewing budget-related revenues and expenses for each department, ensuring bid procedures are followed for large purchases and daily deposits and bank reconciliations.
The most important function of this Department is preparation of the annual Town Budget.
