The Plant is a 24-hour operation serving four local municipalities; Town and Village of Lewiston, Town of Porter and Village of Youngstown. This represents a service population of about 27,000 people. The facility is designed as a 2.75 million gallon per day activated sludge plant and the collection systems that are tributary to the plant total about 180 miles of piping and 13 lift stations.
The Plant serves as an after-hours emergency contact for other Town departments at 754-8291.
